Bending + Folding
Diverse bending technologies for custom fitting solutions – our production includes CNC-controlled press brake techniques, flexible swivel bending processes, and specialized roll bending operations for curved components. Precise control enables the realization of complex geometries.
Stamping + Drawing
Precision meets efficiency – that's what defines our stamping and drawing technology. With CNC punching machines, we produce high-volume parts in continuous processes. On rotary punching machines, we precisely process continuous materials, while our high-precision stamping presses deliver maximum output with an ideal performance curve. Deep drawing with pneumatic draw pads opens up diverse shaping possibilities for diameters from 1 to 220 mm. And through an intelligent combination of stamping, bending, and drawing, we produce complex sheet metal parts in a single operation, processing steel, aluminum, and stainless steels in thicknesses from 0.05 to 8 mm into functional components.
Milling + Turning
From idea to technical perfection – our milling and turning centers create precise fitting solutions. With 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines, we process simple to complex components. CNC turning machines manufacture rotationally symmetrical parts, while multi-spindle lathes allow simultaneous processing of multiple workpieces for efficient series production.
We use turning-milling centers for complex parts requiring both operations. And our CNC machines automate processes with pre-programmed software, significantly increasing production efficiency, speed, and precision.
Laser Cutting
Millimeter-accurate cutting precision through advanced laser technology – our machinery offers diverse processing capabilities. With 2D laser cutting, we process flat materials for precise contours, while 3D laser systems handle complex geometries on pre-formed parts. Techniques like laser beam fusion cutting and laser beam flame cutting enable oxide-free cuts on stainless steel or aluminum up to 50 mm thick. Our laser technology ensures precision with minimal tolerances. Especially for small series, laser technology offers numerous benefits thanks to short setup times and the flexibility to create complex geometries.
Surface Refinement
Surface perfection through technological excellence: Our finishing techniques combine innovation with maximum functionality. From precise anodizing for maximum aluminum hardness to eco-friendly cathodic dip coatings and thermal spraying methods – we prepare any surface for long-lasting durability, even under extreme conditions. Electroplating processes like galvanizing and chrome plating combine corrosion protection with aesthetic brilliance. Mechanical processes like polishing and vibratory grinding, as well as special techniques like laser engraving, create surfaces that meet the highest standards.
Plastic Injection Molding
Our plastic injection molding combines precision with innovative shaping. Thanks to injection molding machines with various clamping forces, we produce high-quality components. We process advanced high-performance plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PA, PC, POM, thermoplastic elastomers, and much more.
Die Casting
In our die casting department, we combine traditional metal craftsmanship with modern precision technology. We use refined cold chamber processes for aluminum, while zinc and magnesium alloys, which melt more easily, are processed in hot chamber systems. Our vacuum die casting produces particularly dense parts with maximum strength, while high-pressure die casting enables the production of components with extremely thin wall thicknesses and complex geometries. State-of-the-art CNC and EDM technologies ensure absolute precision in our mold making. And robot-assisted production lines guarantee efficient processes from removal to post-processing.
